Property Management Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION: Owner may cancel this management contract simply by serving written notice to the Broker of Success Realty and Property Management, LLC at least 30 days prior to the desired final date of management, and by paying 7% of the remaining portion of any lease or rental agreement in force.
